Minnesota Credentialing CollaborativeWhat is it? A centralized, web-based clearinghouse for information used in the credentialing process. The product is an online, easy-to-use way to prepare, save and send the credentialing application that’s accepted by plans, hospitals and other providers. What isn’t it?

Once the practitioner or clinic enters the information is entered into the secure Web site he/she selects a destination. That destination may be health plan(s) and/or hospital(s).
